Zari Hassan Snubs Diamond Plantnum On Father's Day

Zari Hassan, a South African extrovert, snubbed her ex-husband Diamond Platnumz on Father’s Day. Rather, she honored her recent husband, Shakib Cham, for being a reasonable father and vowed to give him another child.

“Happy Father’s Day my king, father of 1, hope we make it 2 inshallah,” Hassan wrote on Instagram.

Hassan and Platnumz have two children together, Prince Nillan and Princess Tiffah. However, the couple separated  in 2018 after several years of marriage.

Diamond has since pushed on and has fathered several more children with other women. However, Hassan has not publicly acknowledged any of his other children.

In contrast, Zari has been very verbal about her support for Cham. She has usually applauded him on social media platforms for being a reasonable father to her two children.

“Shakib is a great father and I am so grateful to have him in my life,” Hassan said in a recent interview. “He is always there for my children and he loves them unconditionally.”

Hassan’s decision to brush off Platnumz on Father’s Day is a clear clue of where her emphases lie. She is clearly attentive on her new family with Cham and she is not interested in keeping a relationship with Platnumz.

This is not the first time that Hassan has publicly condemned Platnumz. In January 2023, she called him out for lying on the Netflix fact show Young, Famous and African.

“He is a liar and a cheat,” Hassan said. “I  gladam that I am finally free from him.”

It appears that Hassan is committed to move on from her past with Platnumz and concentrate on her future with Cham. She is obviously happy with her recent life and she is not scared to show it.
