Famous musician Sheebah Karungi is ready to perform on her "Yolo Festival"on 15th September 2023 at Kololo Airstrip.
On announcing good news about the the Festival via her Social media Platforms,Sheebah said that the Festival was supposed to be organized last year (2022).
"Muwomya" is her hit maker,She revealed that she is ready to go for her long time promising electrifying performance for her fans.
Sheebah Karungi said that she is going to make her concert unforgettable through bonding with her fans who has been supporting her until now.
Who is Sheebah?
Sheebah Karungi was born on November 11,1989, Sheebah Karungi aka Queen Karma is a Ugandan musician, actress, dance and feminist activist.
Sheebah Karungi (Queen Karma) debuted her acting career in Queen of katwe as Shakira.
Sheebah after quitting Obsessions,a dance group that she joined in 2006.
Queen Karma started making music and later rose to recognition upon the release of her hit single"Ice cream".
She released her debut project known as "Ice cream",that was a five track which did well commercially and led her to win back to Hipipo music Awards Best.
Sheebah Karungi won the artist of the year award twice.She also won Hipipo music Awards.
Sheebah dropped out of School in Senior two when she was astudent of Midland High School Kawempe.
She started dancing for money at the age of 15years old, after she joined a dance group called Stingers.before she left Obsession music group in 2006.
While at Obsession,she developed an interested in music, recording two songs before she laft the group for a Solo career in music.
Sheebah released "Kunyenyenza" her first official single, produced by Washington with writing credit from Cindy.
Queen Karma went on releasing other song titled"Bulikyekola" featuring Vocals from Ks Alpha and Prince Fahim and later "Baliwa" featuring Coco Finger.
Not until she released "Automatic" song written by Sizzaman,her Solo career experienced a major turnaround.
She teamed up again with Sizzaman to release"Ice cream" to massive air play and positive reviews before she went on and released another hit single "Twesana"
Sheebah Karungi released her first musical project "Ice cream",a five track which contained hit singles including "Ice "cream" and "Jordan".
The track was well received and helped her to win the Best Female Artist in 2014.
Queen Karma is also a business woman under her investment program.
She opened a number of businesses around Kampala including the Red Bar, Red Events (Co owned with dancer Cathy Patra)a hair extention business called Sheebah by Natna and others.
